Job Summary

The Senior Executive (HR Operations & Compensation & Benefits) manages HR operations, compensation, benefits, payroll, and compliance to support the full employee lifecycle and enable effective workforce management and organizational decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Administer payroll and salary processes to ensure accurate and timely employee compensation
  • Analyze compensation data to support competitive and equitable pay structures
  • Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring proper enrollment, administration, and communication
  • Oversee HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance to support lifecycle management
  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility for reporting purposes
  • Generate workforce reports and support HR budgeting and workforce costing to inform organizational planning
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and prepare necessary reports for regulatory adherence
  • Support mission and staff formation initiatives aligned with organizational values and culture
