Responsibilities
- Support the full spectrum of HR operations, ensuring effective and compliant delivery of HR services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems and personnel files
- Serve as Workday support and assist with system-related queries
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and new implementations
- Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate communication
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including background screening and conduct induction sessions for new employees
- Assist in work pass applications, renewals, issuance, and cancellations
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and relevant statutory regulations
- Process payroll accurately and timely using payroll systems
- Manage statutory and government-related submissions
- Provide guidance to employees on benefits and HR policies to ensure a high level of service delivery
- Prepare accurate HR reports and complete surveys on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training programs, including lunch-and-learn sessions
- Plan and organize employee engagement initiatives and company events
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives
- Handle ad hoc assignments as delegated
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory submissions, and claims administration
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, Singapore employment laws, and statutory compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, with the ability to analyse HR data for reporting and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
- Proactive, meticulous, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of confidentiality and professional ethics
