Key Responsibilities:

1.\tDevelop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
<\/div>
<\/div>
2.\tMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock.
<\/div>
<\/div>
3.\tConduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
<\/div>
<\/div>
4.\tInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
<\/div>
<\/div>
5.\tOversee the use and optimization of ERP and inventory management systems.
<\/div>
<\/div>
6.\tGenerate and present inventory performance reports and key metrics to senior management.
<\/div>
<\/div>
7.\tLead and train inventory control staff to maintain high performance and compliance.
<\/div>
<\/div>
8.\tCollaborate with planning and logistics teams to support demand forecasting and supply planning.
<\/div>
<\/div>
9.\tSupport finance and audit teams in inventory valuation and year\-end audits.
<\/div>
<\/div>
10.\tDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory costs and enhance operational efficiency.
