Senior Executive / Manager, Learning & Capability Development
Drive learning innovation and capability development initiatives.
This role supports learning operations, capability-building programmes, analytics, and digital learning initiatives in a dynamic environment.
Job Description
- Support implementation of capability development and learning initiatives
- Provide secretariat and operational support for learning and development programmes
- Manage training budgets and monitor utilisation of learning funds
- Administer and maintain learning management systems (e.g. Workday, LEARN)
- Support learning analytics and dashboard reporting using Tableau
- Explore and implement AI tools to improve learning operations and automation
- Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and engagement initiatives
- Work closely with stakeholders to support capability-building strategies and projects
Requirements
- Singaporean Only
- Degree in any discipline with relevant experience in learning & development or training operations
- Experience managing learning systems such as Workday or LMS platforms
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; Tableau experience preferred
- Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in capability development or learning programme management preferred
- Strong communication and facilitation abilities
