Senior Executive / Manager, Learning & Capability Development

Drive learning innovation and capability development initiatives.
This role supports learning operations, capability-building programmes, analytics, and digital learning initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

  • Support implementation of capability development and learning initiatives
  • Provide secretariat and operational support for learning and development programmes
  • Manage training budgets and monitor utilisation of learning funds
  • Administer and maintain learning management systems (e.g. Workday, LEARN)
  • Support learning analytics and dashboard reporting using Tableau
  • Explore and implement AI tools to improve learning operations and automation
  • Coordinate knowledge-sharing sessions and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with stakeholders to support capability-building strategies and projects

Requirements

  • Singaporean Only
  • Degree in any discipline with relevant experience in learning & development or training operations
  • Experience managing learning systems such as Workday or LMS platforms
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; Tableau experience preferred
  • Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in capability development or learning programme management preferred
  • Strong communication and facilitation abilities
