Job Summary:<\/span>

<\/div>You will play a crucial role in INCREFF\u2019s growth journey by working wi<\/span>th clients and third party service providers to plan, execute and optimize end to end warehouse operations. <\/span>
<\/p>
<\/p>
Responsibilities:<\/span>
<\/p>Responsible to be the POC for the client's warehousing needs.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible to plan and align the 3PL warehouse operations as per the client's requirements<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible to monitor day to day operations and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible to ensure records are maintained accurately <\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through meeting the KRAs as per the contract<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Responsible for communicating to the client about the progress and roadblocks if any<\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
<\/p>
Skill\-set:<\/span>
<\/p>Minimum 2+ years of operations experience, preferably in on\-ground warehouse operations<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Good written and spoken communication in English<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>Someone who is passionate about operations and going the extra mile to achieve perfection<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>A super fast learner, & person who gets things done<\/span>
