- POST SALES OPS : Ensure all holiday booking components (hotels, transport, flights) are thoroughly verified and confirmed inside strict SLAs.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- \u200b<\/span>CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Serve as the main touchpoint for clients pre\-travel, managing modifications, cancelations, and escalations professionally.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- SUPPLIER LOGISTICS : Coordinate closely with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and internal visa/contracting teams to guarantee seamless execution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- FINANCE & COMPLIANCE: Liaise with Accounts for payment reconciliation, booking parkings, balance collections, refunds, and supplier pay\-outs.<\/span>

- 3\u20135Years (OTA, DMC, or Holiday Ops)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Destinations expertise, Booking workflow, MS Excel, basic visa structures.<\/span>
