  • Employee will be involved in processing medical bills received from providers based out of US. Transaction processing requires special knowledge of healthcare terminologies and/or reasoning mindset.

  • Submit a Timely, Formal Appeal: If the organization offers a formal appeal or review process, the candidate must submit a written request using the proper internal channels and within the specified deadline.
  • Clearly State the Case: The candidate should clearly articulate the reasons they believe the initial decision was incorrect, focusing on their qualifications, skills, and experience relative to the job criteria.
  • Provide Supporting Evidence: Gather and present any relevant documentation, such as performance reviews, project outcomes, or other evidence of accomplishments, that supports their claim to be the best candidate for the role.
  • Engage in Feedback Sessions: Participate in a scheduled follow-up meeting with their manager and/or HR to receive constructive feedback on qualification gaps. This is an opportunity to ask questions and understand the rationale behind the decision.
  • Collaborate on a Development Plan: Work with management to create a concrete development plan addressing the identified skill or experience gaps for future opportunities within the company.

Graduation with Recon & Appeal background in Medical Billing.
