Senior Executive Record to Report
- The role involves managing financial transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Experience in insurance domain (preferred)
- Exposure to Oracle or similar ERP systems

- Perform end-to-end accounting activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
- Manage insurance accounting processes such as premium booking, claims accounting, and broker reconciliations
- Handle bank and balance sheet reconciliations, including investigation and resolution of variances
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities within defined timelines
- Work on unallocated cash management and clearing open items
- Prepare and review MIS reports and financial summaries for stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, internal controls, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution and process improvements
- Support audit requests and maintain proper documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting (B.Com/M.Com)
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
