Basic Functions
• Verify and update Claim information based on set requirements or procedures within the claim for Workers Comp and other business lines
• Handling inbound/outbound calls from the customers
• Customer service for claims & policy Admin
• Ensure that calls are handled as per standard procedure

Skills
Technical Skills  Good computer navigation skills
 Typing speed of 25 words per minute with 90% Accuracy
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Outlook
 Understanding of P&C insurance
 Preferred knowledge of Web-based applications

Education Requirements

A graduate/ post graduate degree from an accredited university

Work Experience Requirements

 Experienced: 1-2 years BPO (Voice) customer service experience is required
