Senior Executive - WFM
We are looking for detail‑oriented and analytical individuals to join our team as Data Entry Analyst / Reports Analyst (MIS). This role focuses on accurate data entry, report preparation, and data validation to support business and workforce operations.
What You Will Do- Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, trackers, and systems
- Check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Prepare basic daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Organize and consolidate data from different sources
- Support the team with ad‑hoc data and reporting requests
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with numbers, reports, and repetitive tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn reporting, analytics, and workforce processes
- Experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative roles
- Exposure to reporting tools, dashboards, or operational data
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately encode and update operational and workforce-related data into tracking systems and spreadsheets
- Perform routine data validation, reconciliation, and error checks
- Maintain databases, trackers, and logs with a high level of accuracy
- Support WFM and Operations teams with data preparation for reports and analysis
- Identify and flag data discrepancies or inconsistencies for correction
- Assist in ad-hoc data requests and administrative reporting tasks
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with internal standards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and workforce reports
- Extract data from source systems, databases, or spreadsheets
- Validate data accuracy and ensure report consistency
- Create and maintain report templates and dashboards
- Analyze trends, variances, and performance metrics
- Support ad‑hoc reporting requests from WFM and Operations leaders
- Document report logic, definitions, and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (data entry, sorting, filtering, formulas)
- Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
