        The Senior Network Planning\nEngineer is responsible for the oversight, planning, budgeting, and project\ntiming for network growth, modernization, consolidation, and advancement needs\nin a fiber focused business. The Senior Network Planning Engineer uses various\ninputs to determine the optimal network distribution solutions based on demand,\narchitecture, funding, and anticipated growth. The Planner analyzes current\ndemand, geospatial data, data analytics, and forecasts to determine and\nimplement the best network solutions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Internal\nTool Development & Maintenance: Designing, building, and enhancing tools\nthat support Joint Use operations and compliance.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>System\nImplementation & Migration: Leading the rollout and transition of platforms\nlike JU360, PowerApps, and integrations with Site Tracker, IQGEO, DPI, Qport,\nAldenOne, NJUNS, and others.<\/span>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Automation\nSystems: Managing and developing automation solutions to streamline workflows\nand improve operational efficiency.<\/span>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Metrics\n& Reporting: Developing dashboards and reports in Tableau and other\nplatforms to track performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.<\/span>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>KPI\nTracking & SLT Presentations: Monitoring key performance indicators and\npresenting progress and insights to the Senior Leadership Team.<\/span>

        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Network elements associated with FTTP, FTTN, xPON,\nBDLC, TDM, G.Hn, Broadband services, and <\/span>Active Ethernet solutions.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Understanding of CPE solutions<\/span>
        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>GIS experience with platforms such as ARC GIS and\nQGIS<\/span>
        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Understanding of CAD based drawing systems.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word,\nPowerPoint.<\/span>
        <\/p>

        · <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience with common analytics tools (i.e.,\nAlteryx, Tableau).<\/span>
