Senior Field Engineer

Perform duties as described below:
  1. participate in the project through all phases of project cycle including construction reporting, bill, take-off, quantities, submittals, ordering, customer documents, project timecard, invoice processing, final documents submittals;
  2. establish baseline schedule reporting based on job estimates;
  3. process change orders as needed;
  4. support and maintain as-built drawings;
  5. supports scheduling, planning, and budgeting functions;
  6. request, review, and track shop drawings and submittals from subcontractors and submit them to the owner and design team through the Procore construction management system;
  7. prepare detailed work plans for specialized construction activities and review them with field crews, clearly outlining material specifications, sequencing, and step-by-step execution procedures;
  8. lead project close-out activities, including punch list walkthroughs and documentation of outstanding work required to achieve final project acceptance;
  9. coordinate with subcontractors to ensure completion of all punch list items and facilitate final inspections and sign-offs by inspectors and the owner;
  10. prepare the project closeout report documenting key events throughout the project lifecycle, including awards received, notable achievements, recommendations, press coverage, and partner recognition.


Requirements: MS in Civil Engineering; three months as Project Engineer.
