Senior Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor)
📍 Work Location: Kaki Bukit & Customer Sites | Near Kaki Bukit MRT
🕘 Work Hour: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (ad-hoc shift work and irregular hours when needed)
💰 Salary: Up to SGD 5,000/month (performance bonus subject to company policy)
Job Description
- Support semiconductor equipment at customer sites with process and application expertise
- Conduct tool acceptance and qualification procedures at customer locations
- Analyze process and technical data to optimize equipment performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for customers and internal teams
- Install, set up and modify semiconductor equipment systems
- Edit recipes and perform process optimization projects
- Attend weekly meetings and present in monthly business reviews
- Work as liaison between customers and internal teams to meet requirements
- Handle yield enhancement and productivity improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering
- Experience with semiconductor equipment and wet processing preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for technical equipment
- Willing to travel occasionally and work irregular hours when required
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
