Position Overview:

Boeing India Finance team is currently looking for Senior Financial Analyst - Global Engineering.

Position Responsibilities

Serve as finance support for key business leaders for the Boeing Engineering & Technology Centers Globally
Partner with finance, business and IT colleagues across the enterprise and worldwide in the oversight and support of engineering work placed with Boeing Global Engineering centers including India for execution
Drive Long Range Business Planning and Monthly Business Review
Perform Variance Analysis and deliver executive-level dashboards and presentations
Design and maintain ETL workflows using Alteryx
Automate data ingestion and transformation processes
Integrate data from finance systems, improve data quality and reduce manual effort
Build dashboards using Tableau/Power BI. Develop KPI reporting and finance dashboards
Automation & Process Optimization, improve reporting cycle time, improve reporting efficiency

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION
10+ years of FP&A and Analytics experience
Strong understanding of financial statements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Certified Accountant from Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is preferred
Strong experience in Alteryx and Tableau. Knowledge of Python and SQL (good to have)
Experience with SAP, Oracle, Anaplan, or similar. Exposure to Snowflake or Databricks
Strong analytical skills, Attention to details.
Business acumen, communication and storytelling ability
Enable data-driven decision-making, enhanced financial visibility
Experience with MNC’s preferred.

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 13 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+ 12 years' related work experience.
