Senior/Financial Analyst

Our client, a well-established MNC, is hiring for a regional finance position to support its APAC performance management function. This role will focus on regional corporate fp&a, reporting, and business support activities while partnering closely with Regional Leadership, Global HQ, and country finance teams.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Corporate FP&A

Support regional corporate fp&a activities, including:

• Regional management reporting
• Regional consolidation
• Forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes
• Coordinate with APAC, Global HQ, and country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting
• Assist in maintaining consistency and quality of financial reporting across markets
• Support monthly and quarterly performance reviews and analysis

Regional Projects & Business Support

• Partner with regional functions, particularly Supply Chain, on finance-related analysis and initiatives
• Support cross-country improvement initiatives and operational projects
• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and tracking implementation progress
• Participate in ad hoc regional finance projects and business support activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, CA/CPA preferred
• Background in large MNCs, ideally in regional or global roles
• Minimum 4 years of experience in regional finance or FP&A
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
