Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst supports the Company’s finance and capital markets functions through financial modeling, reporting, compliance monitoring, and project finance administration. This role is responsible for maintaining capital partner reporting packages, supporting investment and acquisition analysis, and supporting capital allocation and growth decisions. This role works collaboratively across the finance function and may take on responsibilities in support of broader team objectives.
The position reports to the Capital Markets Manager and works closely with internal finance, development, legal, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling & Analysis
· Maintain rent and financing forecast models, including SLB, RBTS, and equipment loan activity; ensure alignment with development pipeline and prepare variance reporting.
· Maintain the capital expenditure model, including importing monthly actuals and adjusting the forecast based on project activity.
· Evaluate investment outcomes under varying operating and financing assumptions.
· Analyze potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling, due diligence support, and preparation of investment summaries and decision materials.
· Prepare board reports of capital markets and project activities and support ad hoc analysis requests.
Capital Markets & Partner Reporting
· Prepare and distribute reporting packages to capital partners in accordance with financing agreements.
· Track active financing transactions, monitor project compliance with financing agreements, and coordinate with legal, development, and third-party vendors.
· Manage closeout package preparation and delivery.
· Monitor daily cash position and support short-term cash management reporting.
Finance Operations
· Review and verify supporting documentation required for funding submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to disbursement.
· Track project activity against financing agreement requirements and coordinate with development and accounting teams to resolve compliance issues.
· Attend weekly project calls; source project updates from development teams to support funding preparation and capex forecasting.
· Collect and maintain project documentation across the portfolio from pre-construction through closeout.
Ideal Experience and Skills:
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
· 2-4 years of experience in capital markets, real estate finance, investment analysis, or corporate finance.
· Experience building financial models to evaluate investments or capital projects.
· Familiarity with net lease structures or real estate finance preferred.
· Experience in multi-unit consumer businesses or real estate development preferred.
Technical & Professional Skills
· Advanced financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel.
· Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
· Ability to synthesize financial data into clear, decision-ready outputs.
· Ability to prepare clear investment summaries and decision materials.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
· Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Development, and Legal teams.

· Can pass a drug test and criminal background check.
· Legally eligible to work in the United States
· May require flexibility in work schedule, including work outside of standard business hours
· Travel may be required on behalf of the Company to support business operations
