Senior Financial Controller

In this role, you’ll:

  • Prepare and review the Group's consolidation, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
  • Lead the preparation of subsidiaries' annual financial statements across all entities.
  • Manage the annual audit process end-to-end, including the relationship with external auditors and other advisors.
  • Provide support for month-end and year-end closing, including intricate IFRS calculations and analysis.
  • Ensure quality control of financial transactions and group-level reporting.
  • Institute, oversee, and enforce internal controls of financial data.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of internal and external finance tools.
  • Your skills & experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • 3+ years of experience in finance/audit, with a focus on IFRS reporting and consolidation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., PowerBI, ERPs).
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and experience applying these standards in complex accounting situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Lithuanian languages.
  • Nice to have:

  • ACCA or equivalent certification (or in progress) would be a plus.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company and/or BIG4 firm would be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL or experience with big-data analytics tools would also be an advantage.
  • Salary & Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 4000 - 5500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
