Senior Financial Specialist
We are looking for a skilled Senior Financial Specialist to become part of our team. Responsibilities Supervise agreements with EPAM Contractors and Subcontractors in various locations Coordinate all stages of contract drafting and execution, ensuring smooth completion of the signing process Keep consistent communication with Contractors and Subcontractors on all agreement-related issues Gather, organize, and maintain all contract-related documentation Oversee the process of ending service agreements and manage the formal conclusion of contractor partnerships Act as the main administrative liaison for contractor matters, scheduling regular meetings with Contractors, Subcontractors, EPAM teams, and project groups Improve and streamline contractor management procedures Create and maintain a centralized database for contract templates Use EPAM’s internal platforms to perform financial and administrative functions Assist in developing and updating company policies and local operational procedures Requirements At least three years of experience in finance or a similar field English proficiency at B2 level or above for both written and verbal communication High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction University degree, preferably in finance, business administration, or a related discipline Experience in contract management or financial administration roles Excellent time management skills for handling multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage large volumes of information, multitask, and approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to set objectives, stay calm under pressure, and maintain self-discipline Strong organizational skills, including self-motivation, prioritization, and managing a heavy workload
