Senior Fire Safety Manager (Contractor)

Responsibilities :

The Senior Fire Safety Manager (SFSM) shall perform duties in accordance with the requirements of the Fire Safety Act/Fire Safety Regulations (Fire Safety Managers) and assist the Employer in the following areas.

Schedule of Maintenance Details of Services

Frequency

• Fire Safety Manager must submit a report detailing the inspection to the Employer within 7 days of the inspection date
• Fire Drill
• Tabletop Exercise
• FSM Annual Report to the Employer
• Fire Safety Committee Setup
• Fire Safety Committee Review
• Preparation of Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Review Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
• Review of ERP and CERT
• Attend and endorse on Fire Certificate Renewal form
• Attend SCDF operational survey and other additional inspections
• Ad-hoc as and when notified by the Employer
