As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will help shape the technical direction of our B2B SaaS platform. You will own architecture decisions in the frontend and ensure a performant, maintainable, and user-friendly application that our riders, fleet operators, and internal teams rely on every day.
- Designing, building and evolving our web platform using React and TypeScript
- Making architecture decisions for scalability, performance and maintainability
- Conducting code reviews and establishing technical standards within the team
- Working closely with Product Management, UX/UI Design and Backend Engineering
- Maintaining and evolving our component library and design system
- Identifying technical debt and reducing it systematically
- Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers on the team
- Several years of professional experience (ideally 4+ years) in frontend development with React
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript standards
- Experience with state management solutions (e.g. Redux, Zustand, React Query)
- Understanding of REST and/or GraphQL APIs and their integration
- Strong, self-driven way of working and good communication skills
- Good German and English skills
- Nice to have
- Experience building and maintaining B2B or SaaS products
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Vitest, Jest, Playwright)
