Senior Full-stack Engineer

You will own critical pieces of Web3 infrastructure, working across the full stack to build advanced APIs, distributed backend services, and front-end interfaces. You will lead architectural decisions, establish technical standards, mentor engineers, optimize production systems for performance and reliability, write technical documentation, and conduct security and performance audits of decentralized applications and smart contracts.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable crypto and Web3 systems
• Build advanced APIs, distributed backend services, and front-end interfaces
• Lead architectural decision-making for new features and core systems
• Establish technical standards for full stack development
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Optimize production systems by profiling and debugging distributed applications
• Write technical documentation and contribute to knowledge-sharing
• Conduct performance profiling, threat modeling, and security audits of decentralized applications and smart contracts

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field with three years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree or foreign equivalent with one year of relevant experience
• At least one year of experience with TypeScript for designing production-grade full-stack applications and React integrations
• Experience developing resilient backend systems using Nestjs, APIs, Temporal workers, and distributed task orchestration
• Experience building, testing, and deploying Solidity smart contracts in production, with attention to security and gas optimization
• Experience designing and maintaining blockchain infrastructure components such as indexers, event listeners via webhooks, and data pipelines
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, maintainable production code with measurable improvements in scalability and uptime
• Experience designing and deploying monitoring, observability, and fault-tolerant solutions
