As a Senior Growth Associate<\/b>, you will be responsible for generating and converting B2B leads across SMEs, startups, and corporate organisations to drive revenue growth for Utiva.
<\/p>

You will engage HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to promote Utiva\u2019s learning solutions for workforce development and talent upskilling, while supporting the execution of enterprise sales activities.

What you'll do<\/span><\/b><\/span>

  • Support the acquisition of B2B clients including SMEs, startups, corporates, NGOs, and public sector organisations
    <\/li>
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound follow\-ups
    <\/li>
  • Manage parts of the B2B sales cycle including prospecting, discovery calls, proposal sharing, and follow\-ups
    <\/li>
  • Engage HR teams, L&D managers, and key decision\-makers to introduce Utiva\u2019s workforce development solutions
    <\/li>
  • Convert qualified leads into paying enterprise clients
    <\/li>
  • Maintain an active pipeline and update CRM records with accurate sales activity and deal progression
    <\/li>
  • Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
    <\/li>
  • Participate in meetings, client presentations, and business development engagements
    <\/li>
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to help improve product and service offerings
    <\/li>
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account support roles
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to generate leads and support deal closure in a target\-driven environment
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship\-building skills
      <\/li>
    • Comfortable engaging professional stakeholders such as HR teams, managers, and business executives
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines
      <\/li>
    • Self\-motivated, organised, and able to work independently with guidance
      <\/li>
    • Strong interest in sales, business growth, and enterprise development
      <\/li>
    • Ability to learn quickly and understand workforce development solutions.
