We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Growth Manager (B2C)<\/b> to drive learner acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth for our EdTech platform. The ideal candidate will lead data\-driven growth strategies that attract learners, improve course completion rates, and scale our consumer education products.

Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>

  • Develop and execute B2C and B2B growth strategies for learner acquisition and engagement
    <\/li>
  • Drive end\-to\-end user lifecycle growth (acquisition, activation, retention, referral)
    <\/li>
  • Design and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
    <\/li>
  • Analyze learner behavior and data to improve conversion and course completion rates
    <\/li>
  • Lead growth experiments, A/B testing, and funnel optimization initiatives
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and content teams to improve learner experience
    <\/li>
  • Identify and scale high\-performing acquisition channels for EdTech users
    <\/li>
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth and learning performance metrics
    <\/li>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • 5 years experience in B2C growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing (EdTech experience is a plus)
      <\/li>
    • Strong understanding of customer acquisition and retention in digital learning platforms
      <\/li>
    • Experience managing paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
      <\/li>
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize funnels
      <\/li>
    • Familiarity with CRM and marketing analytics tools
      <\/li>
    • Strong communication, leadership, and execution skills
      <\/li>
    • Proven ability to scale user growth for digital or education products
      <\/li><\/ul>
