What We Need

CORPAY is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our International Vehicle Payments (IVP) division. Based in our Melbourne office, this role sits within the Global Marketing team and plays a pivotal role in driving pipeline growth, improving customer engagement, supporting product launches, enabling sales success and delivering measurable revenue outcomes across Australia and New Zealand.

The Senior Growth Marketing Manager is a broad, hands-on marketing role suited to a commercially minded B2B marketer who will support acquisition, product marketing, sales enablement, marketing operations and reporting, helping to deliver measurable outcomes across fleet segments.

Reporting to the APAC Marketing Director, you'll work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams to develop and execute integrated marketing programs that support business growth. If you're equally comfortable planning strategy, launching campaigns, analysing performance data and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, we'd love to hear from you.

How We Work

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will be expected to work in a hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home) environment

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that support acquisition and engagement objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Acquisition Marketing teams to accelerate pipeline progression and improve lead-to-customer conversion.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise customer and prospect journeys through segmentation, automation and personalisation.
  • Support revenue growth through data-driven campaign planning and optimisation.
  • Manage campaign delivery across digital, email, content, events, partnerships and sales channels.
  • Partner with Product teams to support product launches, enhancements and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop customer and partner communications that are accurate, compelling and commercially focused.
  • Support marketing operations activity, including campaign setup, data quality, reporting processes and marketing technology usage.
  • Use CRM, marketing automation and performance data to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Prepare regular reporting on campaign performance, customer engagement, funnel activity and marketing contribution.
  • Continuously test, learn and optimise marketing activity to improve commercial outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in a senior B2B growth, acquisition or demand marketing role.
  • Relevant business/marketing degree
  • Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including acquisition, product marketing, customer marketing, campaign management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing technology, ideally Salesforce.
  • Ability to work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams in a fast-moving B2B environment.
  • A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to inform decisions and improve results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project management and communication skills.

  • Experience in fuel, fleet, payments, mobility or regulated industries is a plus!
