You will lead growth acceleration for a\nportfolio of Indonesian SMEs generating USD 500K\u20131M+ annual revenue. Using a\ncombination of consulting frameworks, AI tools, and structured portfolio\ntracking, you will design and drive \u201cgrowth sprints\u201d that help business owners\nscale revenue, optimize operations, and unlock new opportunities.<\/span>

The senior role leads strategy, manages\nfounder\-facing relationships, and ensures portfolio companies progress through\ndefined journeys and sprints.<\/span>

1. Growth Strategy & Sprint Development<\/span><\/b>

  • Diagnose\n business challenges using structured consulting frameworks<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Use\n AI tools to generate insights, models, projections, growth hypotheses, and\n business plan<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Design\n 4\u20138 week growth sprints tailored for each portfolio company<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Monitor\n sprint execution and provide strategic recommendations<\/span>

    2. Portfolio Performance Tracking<\/span><\/b>
    <\/h4>
    • Maintain\n dashboards on portfolio health, revenue indicators, and sprint progress<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Track\n KPIs aligned to program goals:<\/span>

      • Businesses\n completing defined sprints<\/span><\/i>

      • Journeys\n accepted<\/span><\/i>

      • Provide\n weekly and monthly portfolio reports<\/span>

        3. Founder Relationship Management<\/span><\/b>

        • Ensure\n high engagement and pipeline conversion<\/span>

          4. Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/span><\/b>

          • Work\n with Growth Success, Services, Marketing & Partnerships teams<\/span>

          • Provide\n feedback on program improvements and platform enhancement<\/span>

          • Collaborate\n with CRM & analytics team to maintain clean, actionable data<\/span>

            Qualifications<\/span><\/b>

            • 5\u20139\n years experience in consulting, business strategy, VC/PE, startup growth,\n or advisory roles. <\/span><\/span>

            • Strong\n analytical and problem\-solving skills<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Hands\-on\n experience with LLMs or AI productivity tools for business planning<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Excellent\n communication; comfortable working with SME founders<\/span>

            • Ability\n to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate ambiguity<\/span>
