We at Coforge are hiring Senior HCM Analyst (21612) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

· Configure, support, and optimize Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits.

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions and business processes.

· Design, develop, and maintain reports and analytical dashboards to support business decision-making.

· Collaborate with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 6+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.

· Strong understanding of Workday business processes and core configuration.

· Proven experience creating Workday reports and analytical dashboards.

· Experience gathering business requirements and providing functional solutions.

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

· Experience supporting HR business processes and system enhancements.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.

· Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills:

· Workday certifications.

· Experience with Workday integrations and security.

· Knowledge of additional Workday modules.

· Experience supporting global HR operations.

· Familiarity with HRIS best practices and process optimization.
