Senior HR Executive
Job Summary
The Senior HR Executive is responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations in a high-volume manpower environment. The role serves as a key HR contact for employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding
- Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, job offers, and new hire processes.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Manage employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews, clearance, and exit documentation.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Conduct HR clinics, employee engagement sessions, and handle employee enquiries.
- Manage grievances, complaints, workplace disputes, and disciplinary cases.
- Conduct investigations on misconduct, performance issues, and policy breaches.
- Facilitate performance appraisal processes and ensure timely completion.
- Support follow-up actions such as performance improvement plans and counselling.
Compliance & Regulatory Matters
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with MOM, PLRD, TADM, Union, and other authorities on employment matters.
- Monitor employee screening, re-screening, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.
HR Operations
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and related processes.
- Handle leave administration.
- Submit and monitor WSH incidents and WICA claims.
- Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and perform HR data entry.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years HR experience in a blue-collar or high-volume manpower environment.
- Strong experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in disciplinary cases, grievances, investigations, and performance management.
- Experience liaising with MOM, TADM, PRD, Union, or government agencies is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
