Senior HR Executive (Payroll)

An exciting opportunity has arrived at The Garcha Group, Singapore’s boutique hotel group currently with the following hotels:

- Maxwell Reserve, Autograph Collection Hotel (Marriott);

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Verify the attendance of employees accordingly to the roster.

-Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and split shift allowance

- Carry out data entry into the payroll software systems

-Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Head of HR.

-Download the bank file to be submitted to Finance

-CPF Contribution

-Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.

- Process employee resignation (tax clearance and salary release)

-Compile salary data monthly for Senior Management.

-GPML/GPCL/GPPL, all govenrment claims

- Full suite of Infotech experience is an added advantage

- Any other duties/tasks as requested by management
