Job Overview

Own end-to-end HR operations for a fast-paced logistics workforce. You’ll handle recruitment, payroll input, MOM compliance, and employee relations for both office and blue-collar staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding

Full cycle hiring source, screen, interview, offer for roles from Forklift Operator to Logistics Executive

Manage Job Street, My Careers Future, Workforce SG portals + walk-in interviews.

Issue LOA, Conduct Orientation, MOM WP/EP/S Pass notifications.

Target: 5-10 hires/month, time-to-hire <30 days.

• Payroll & Compensation benefits

Verify timesheets, OT, shift allowances for warehouse/drivers.

Prepare payroll input for vendor, check CPF, SDL, FWL calculations.

Administer leave, medical, insurance claims, staff passes.

Handle bonus, increment cycles.

• Employee Relations & Compliance

First point of contact for staff grievances, disciplinary issues, resignations.

Ensure compliance with Employment Act, MOM rules, WSH for warehouse.

Conduct exit interviews, prepare MOM termination notifications.

Maintain P-files, HRMS data, audit-ready records.

• HR Operations & Compliance

Coordinate training: WSQ logistics courses.

Support performance appraisal cycle, probation reviews.

Assist in HR policy updates, handbook, company events.

Ad-hoc reporting: headcount, turnover, manpower costing.
