We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to handle end\-to\-end recruitment processes. The candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills with the ability to hire candidates for multiple roles efficiently. Telugu language proficiency is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end\-to\-end recruitment process

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

• Conduct telephonic screening and interview coordination
  <\/li>
• Hire candidates for sales, operations, and support roles
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement understanding
  <\/li>
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
  <\/li>
• Follow up with candidates till onboarding
  <\/li>
• Achieve monthly hiring targets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good knowledge of sourcing and screening

  • Experience in bulk and field sales hiring preferred

  • Familiarity with job portals like Shine.com<\/span><\/a>, Naukri.com<\/span><\/a>, and social hiring <\/li>
  • MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
    <\/li>
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

    Qualification

    • Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
