Job Overview: This role is responsible for partnering with the Site Leadership Team to deliver on the people agenda for QLD, aligned with the broader ANZ strategic plan. Leading a small HR team, this role will manage and execute the HR activities and initiatives across QLD focussed on sustaining/building the right culture, capability and talent to deliver business results. Responsibilities • Provide generalist HR and ER support, advice and coaching to the QLD team. • Ensure PepsiCo’s core people processes are implemented as required across the QLD team, including recruitment, performance, career development, training etc. • Develop and/or implement people initiatives that foster a constructive culture, build capability, attract and grow talent and drive performance. • Lead and coach the QLD team to build their skills and enable business outcomes. • Actively participate in the ANZ PLT, contributing to broader business unit initiatives (BAU, strategic and transformation) and ensuring that QLD solutions align with the broader ANZ strategy. • Develop and implement strategies that address industrial and employee relations issues whilst adhering to legislative requirements and company values; ensuring effective and constructive work relationships with union officials and representative. • Manage the HR Pay controls processes and contribute to creating an integrated ‘Control Environment’ • Demonstrate and exercise a commitment to promote, develop and improve the health, safety and welfare of our people. Qualifications 10–15 years of HR generalist experience with a strong track record Proven ability to manage grievances, disciplinary actions, counseling, and terminations 2–3 years of management experience Strong coaching and business partnering skills Experience in operating/FMCG environments Skilled at engaging with people across all organizational levels Ability to inspire trust, confidence, and deliver outcomes Strong facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills (including Enterprise Agreements) Excellent organizational and project management abilities in fast-paced settings Results-driven with high energy, analytical thinking, and attention to detail Flexible, adaptable, with executive presence and sound judgment Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline, with extensive knowledge of Enterprise Agreements
