Candidate will provide a strong front-end focus, particularly for E%26amp;R business in the US and Canada Regions, assist with efforts to pursue Energy, Power, Mining and Advanced Manufacturing markets.%3C/p%3E%3Cp style=%22background-color%5C:white;line-height%5C:115%;%22%3E%26nbsp;In this role you will work to understand your client’s needs, develop creative solutions, support proposal development, lead the technical team, and lead the engineering design of complex industrial process W/WW systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with open and closed cooling water, boiler feedwater, demineralized water, reverse osmosis, chemical feed, and other similar industrial W/WW systems. The successful candidate will support business development activities including proposal development, delivering technical presentations, and supporting growth of client relationships. This role also includes the opportunity to supervise and/or mentor younger engineers%3C/p%3E%3Cp style=%22background-color%5C:white;line-height%5C:115%;%22%3E%3Cu%3EResponsibilities include%5C:%3C/u%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cdiv class=%22ExternalClassDB27F2D8D88446C4AE8D4F5C01881129%22%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EHelp with client development and project positioning as senior process engineering advisor.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborates/interacts with the Business Development Teams.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECollaborate/interaction with the IWW Process engineering team in the pursuit of business opportunities.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist with development of project approaches and scope of work%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWorking on strategic projects as SME or/and technical advisor%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProvide technical leadership for front-end oriented projects, including business case studies, and DBM’s.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELeading the technical portions of proposal development including scope, schedule, and fee.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EPerforming or overseeing process design sizing and hydraulic calculations including mass balances, water treatment system conceptual designs, and calculations to determine required equipment and tank sizes and capacities%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDeveloping design criteria, equipment and procurement specifications, studies, bid evaluations, and reports%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELeading the development of process flow diagrams, P%26amp;IDs, general arrangement drawings, piping arrangement drawings and installation details.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EReviewing and evaluating equipment vendor and installation contractor proposals and submittals.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDeveloping and executing QA/QC plans%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ELeading technical teams including engineers, EITs, designers, and drafters.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EWorking directly with project managers and clients to ensure that projects meet or exceed client expectations.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EDeveloping water supply and discharge agreements and permits. Meet with permitting authorities.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProviding internal and external training on industrial process W/WW systems%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EImplement, monitor and support company policies%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAssist in the selection, training, development and management of technical personnel%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ECreating recommendations for client facility standard monitoring systems, procedures, lab/chemical/reagent management, and staff training.%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3Cp%3E%3Cbr%3E%3Cstrong%3EPreferred Qualifications%26nbsp;%3C/strong%3E%3C/p%3E%3Cdiv%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3EMS Project engineering and management experience in a consulting or EPC firm.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProven project leadership, project engineering management (staffing, schedule and budget), and mentoring skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EAbility to lead multiple projects simultaneously.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EStrong interpersonal and technical communications skills.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EBroad knowledge of water/wastewater design processes and technologies.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3ETeam player with ability to function effectively in a variety of roles on integrated project teams.%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EProcess modeling experience%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3EExisting relationships with industrial clients%3C/li%3E%3C/ul%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E%3C/div%3E
