Senior Infrastructure Engineer

In this role you will own key infrastructure components and drive cloud architecture initiatives You will mentor junior team members and collaborate across IT and DevOps You will design and implement secure environments and build automation to enable reliable scalable services You will participate in incident response and perform root cause analysis and work with stakeholders to resolve issues You will continuously improve infrastructure and governance practices while adopting new technologies and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Manage a virtual Apple or Windows estates (AWS / AZURE etc)
• Design Build Support automation solutions
• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Bicep
• Build secure environments (e g Bastion access VDI redesign)
• Lead systems integration efforts across SaaS platforms
• Support incident response and root cause analysis
• Collaborate with DevOps and Engineering on automation and IaC
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Endpoint Management Jamf Pro Intune
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python Bash and IaC tools Terraform Bicep
• Solid experience with cloud infrastructure AWS Azure including VMs networking and IAM
• Proven ability to design and implement secure environments e g Bastion VDI
• Experience with systems integration Slack Teams Atlassian
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools CloudWatch Datadog
• Understanding of patching OS upgrades and endpoint lifecycle management
• Problem Solving Proactively identifies issues and proposes effective solutions
• Mentorship Supports junior engineers through coaching and knowledge sharing
• Cross-Team Collaboration Works effectively with DevOps Engineering and Service Delivery teams
• Project Ownership Leads infrastructure projects with minimal supervision
• Adaptability Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
