Senior Infrastructure Project Manager - Automation & OT Security

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead strategic infrastructure automation and Operational Technology (OT) security initiatives within a global pharmaceutical environment. The role will drive the implementation of an enterprise automation platform based on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP) while overseeing multiple OT security projects focused on strengthening cybersecurity, standardization, and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of an enterprise Infrastructure Automation Platform (Ansible Automation Platform), including platform design, integration, and operational readiness.
  • Drive automation initiatives across infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and approved OT environments.
  • Coordinate integration with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, CMDB, Identity & Access Management (IAM), virtualization, and monitoring solutions.
  • Establish governance, automation standards, operational runbooks, and support processes.
  • Manage multiple OT security initiatives, including Claroty, Trellix, OT domain onboarding, and OT infrastructure remediation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Infrastructure, OT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, and external vendors.
  • Oversee project governance, planning, risks, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with IT security policies, GxP requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–10+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering enterprise infrastructure or cybersecurity projects.
  • Experience leading automation, infrastructure modernization, or platform implementation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, identity management, and monitoring.
  • Experience managing OT or industrial cybersecurity projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP), ServiceNow, CMDB, Claroty, Trellix, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, governance, and delivery management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation frameworks, or DevOps practices.
  • Knowledge of OT environments and industrial control systems.
  • Experience working within regulated industries, preferably Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
