• Change Management: Act as the primary owner for high\-risk Change Requests (CRs) within an enterprise ITSM environment, ensuring all cutovers meet "Gold Standard" banking requirements.

  • Vendor & Engineering Liaison: Facilitate communication between third\-party infrastructure partners and internal server/network engineering teams.

    • Cross\-Border Knowledge: Familiarity with the operational nuances of managing IT projects that span both US and Canadian jurisdictions (e.g., PIPEDA/Data Residency).

    • Certifications: PMP or Prince2 is required; ITIL or Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS) are a significant plus.

      Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

      • Zero High\-Priority Incidents: Ensuring migration cutovers do not result in unplanned downtime for banking services.

      • Timeline Adherence: Meeting "Wave" deadlines to avoid costly legacy data center holdover fees.
