Senior Instructional DesigneR

Bachelor's Degree required preferably in
Instructional Design, Distance Learning, Adult Education, Educational
Technology or a related field highly preferred. • 4 or more years of
experience designing complex, instructionally sound training programs
using multiple delivery methods (instructor-led, computer-based,
media-enhanced, etc.) This includes the conduction of needs analysis,
writing instructional objectives, recommending various instructional
models, creating blended learning solutions, and integrating measurement
standards. • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional
design principles • Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite
applications (i.e. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Flash, Acrobat) and
a wide variety of instructional design and development tools (e.g.
Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) • Strong design sense
as demonstrated both in print materials and online learning examples •
Must be able to work closely with a team and also manage projects
independently from analysis through evaluation • Strong attention to
detail • Experience writing technical or medical content preferred. •
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
