Job Summary:<\/span><\/b>

The Integration Support Engineer plays a critical role in Increff\u2019s customer onboarding and post\-go\-live success. This role focuses on integrating customer systems with Increff\u2019s platform, supporting API\-based integrations, ensuring smooth hypercare, and maintaining long\-term integration stability. The individual will work closely with customer technical and operations teams, marketplace/ERP partners, and internal engineering teams to deliver seamless onboarding and reliable production support.

This role provides exposure to large\-scale e\-commerce and retail ecosystems, working with global marketplaces and enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:<\/span>

Customer Onboarding & Training<\/span>
<\/h4>
  • Own technical onboarding of new customers, including integration setup, validation, and readiness for go\-live.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Conduct training sessions for customer technical and operations teams on integrations, APIs, and workflows.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders during onboarding and hypercare phases.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Integration & API Support<\/span>
    <\/h4>
    • Test APIs and new product features using tools such as Postman and validate integration flows with clients.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Support onboarding of new marketplaces, ERPs, and third\-party systems by coordinating with respective technical teams.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Implement and enforce standard testing procedures across customers and channels.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Production & Hypercare Support<\/span>
      <\/h4>
      • Provide timely technical and production support to resolve integration issues during hypercare and post go\-live.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Act as the primary point of contact for integration\-related incidents and escalations.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Take ownership of maintaining integrations post go\-live, ensuring reliability, performance, and stability.

        Documentation & Process Improvement<\/span>

        • Create and maintain clear technical documentation for integrations, onboarding steps, and support processes.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Identify opportunities for automation across onboarding, testing, and support stages to improve efficiency and quality.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Follow defined processes and contribute to continuous improvement of integration support standards.

          Requirements<\/h3>
          • 1\u20133 years of hands\-on experience with SQL.
            <\/span>
            <\/li>
          • Strong understanding of REST APIs and API testing tools such as Postman.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Basic working knowledge of Java / J2EE.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Experience in testing, debugging, and validating system integrations.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross\-functional and external teams.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Highly process\-oriented, organized, and detail\-focused.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Engineering degree in any discipline.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Prior exposure to E\-commerce or Retail domain is a strong plus.
