            Requirements<\/h3>

            Qualifications & Experience<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/p>

            • Significant\nexperience (<\/span>6\u201310 years<\/span><\/b>) in institutional fundraising, business\ndevelopment, or a related field.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Demonstrate\nexperience in securing and managing significant funding (typically exceeding\nR1m annually per funder) from institutional or strategic funders, including\nhigh<\/span><\/span>\u2011<\/span><\/span>value grants and partnerships<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Experience raising\nunrestricted or flexible funding from high\-value institutional or strategic\nfunders is strongly preferred.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Demonstrate\nexperience in managing funding pipelines, including progressing opportunities\nthrough defined stages and designing and implementing donor engagement journeys<\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/li>
            • Experience\ncoordinating complex processes across multiple stakeholders and functions<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>
