Join us as Senior IT Engineer in Singapore!
As a Senior IT Engineer, you will oversee Ascenda’s internal IT systems, employee endpoints, and end-user support, ensuring that our global workforce is equipped with the right hardware, software, and tools to operate efficiently and securely. If you're looking to apply your IT experience in a dynamic environment where you'll shape the internal IT roadmap, support a growing global workforce, and lead impactful projects, this role offers the opportunity to drive IT innovation at a growing global SaaS company.


The role and requirements

  • Manage a Mac-first environment (98% of our fleet) with some support for Windows devices: enrollment, configuration, software catalog, patches and updates…
  • Advanced knowledge of MDM tools (Jamf, Iru, Intune etc)
  • Strong understanding of identity and access management (SSO/MFA, SCIM, SAML and RBAC concepts). We use Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) concepts and solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, device, access and system issues on users devices.
  • Develop, review and maintain clear ICT documentation, procedures and user guides.
  • Maintain inventory of office IT assets as well as hardware stock and health.
  • Self-starter who can manage tasks independently

What will give you an edge?

  • Exposure to scripting or automation tools (Ansible, shell, Python…) or willingness to learn
  • Exposure to security-related frameworks (CIS, SOC2, ISO27001…) and security compliance practices
  • Experience owning enterprise SaaS and identity platforms end-to-end.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
