Senior IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead our IT strategy, operations, and digital initiatives in support of business and production excellence.

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all IT operations, ensuring alignment with business and production goals

• Identify and implement IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency

• Manage IT budget, systems, infrastructure, and technology upgrades

• Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions

• Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors

• Support production departments through technology and digital initiatives

• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Job Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline

• Proven leadership experience in IT management

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills

• Experience in engineering, marine, or construction industries is an advantage
