You'll be working in the Sales Personalization Engine Room team, focusing on creating the most data-driven, agile, productive, and technology-backed sales force in the industry. We deliver the next generation of tools and analytics to empower both the leadership and sales teams. Helping to view & deliver increased revenues through enhanced decision-making and data-driven client engagement at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
  • Apply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment, CI/CD, and other DevOps practices
  • Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues
  • Learn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind
  • Work in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and others
  • Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities Key Deliverables:

SKILLS

Must have

  • Experience with Java backend development (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, etc.) for at least 8 years.
  • Proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle
  • Familiarity with state management libraries.
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applications.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud platforms or Kubernetes is a plus. • Exposure to Python programming would be beneficial. • Previous work in the financial services or banking industry is considered an asset.
