Senior Key Account Executive (E-commerce Enablement)

The Senior Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing DDI’s most strategic and high-value brand accounts. This role focuses on maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, identifying new business opportunities within assigned accounts, and ensuring maximum brands satisfaction. As a senior member of the team, the individual will act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide strategic guidance internally to align DDI's solutions with client objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Account Management & Retention: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts such as FMCG, Home and Living, and Electronics, ensuring high levels of retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership value.
  • Strategic Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify expansion opportunities, upsell relevant DDI products/services, and negotiate renewals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture deep relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with delivery, product, and support teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables and resolve escalations efficiently.
  • Market & Account Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive account plans detailing growth strategies, potential risks, and resource allocation for each key account.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience as a Senior Key Account Executive or similar role in the e-commerce distribution and enablement.
  • Strong sales and account management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets in the commercial side of E-Commerce Distribution and Enablement.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify client challenges, propose innovative solutions, and drive business growth.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to navigate complex client relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Solid knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and a keen understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong capability to build long-term relationships with significant business clients.
