Senior L&OD Executive

The Senior HR Executive (L&OD) plays a key role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving learning and organizational development initiatives that enhance employee capability, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

This role requires a proactive and analytical professional who can independently manage initiatives, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to building a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and organizational growth.

This position reports directly to the Senior L&OD Manager and collaborates with stakeholders across functions, particularly at junior to middle management levels within KMS.

Responsibilities:

LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT (L&D)

  • Leadership Capability Building: Lead the end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of core Leadership Development programs and high-potential (HiPo) talent initiatives.
  • Program Development: Conduct data-driven Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to design structured, blended learning solutions (Onboarding, Functional, and Soft Skills).
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Facilitate high-impact workshops and coach internal trainers/Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in delivering effective training sessions.
  • Effectiveness & Evaluation: Design evaluation frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick) to measure training ROI (especially for leadership programs); analyze data and feedback to continuously enhance learning impact and learner experience.
  • L&D Tech & Data: Manage and optimize LMS operations, ensuring data accuracy, reporting effectiveness, and leveraging AI/digital learning tools.

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD)

  • Talent & Succession Planning: Partner with HRBPs to run talent reviews, map succession plans, and align learning interventions with leadership pipeline growth.
  • Performance Management (PMS): Drive the end-to-end PMS lifecycle, from framework enhancement to governance and guidelines; partner with HRBPs to ensure fair calibration, alignment, and adoption of performance practices
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Culture: Shape company culture by analyzing engagement data, supporting change management initiatives, and improving HR frameworks, including performance management, competency frameworks, and career development pathways.
  • Stakeholder Consulting: Act as a trusted partner to leaders, providing advisory support on team effectiveness and capability gaps.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in dual L&D and OD functions.
  • Proven track record in managing leadership development projects.
  • Experience in large technology companies is a strong plus.

Technical & Soft Skills

  • Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and OD frameworks.
  • Strong data analytics skills; familiarity with AI applications in HR/L&D is an advantage.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate or above)
