We are recruiting for a Landscape/Architect Designer who will be creating and overseeing 3D landscape designs and be managing clients throughout the whole process for sales, design and construction stages. Requirements<\/h3>- Develop conceptual landscape design proposals.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Prepare and present landscape proposals including <\/span><\/span>2D drawings, 3D renders, CAD drawings<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and related design presentations.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Review and interpret detailed plans, construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Create and oversee designs using <\/span><\/span>AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other visualization tools<\/span><\/span><\/b>.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Present proposals to clients, manage inquiries, and support negotiations throughout design and construction stages.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure project timelines and customer requirements are achieved.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with the Operations Team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Lead material selection and design recommendations.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Stay updated on market trends, materials, and industry developments.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Support project costing and estimates with the Operations Team.
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Manage and mentor junior design team members.
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Requirements:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>- Bachelor\u2019s Degree in <\/span><\/span>Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or related field<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Minimum 4\-5 years of UAE experience<\/span><\/span><\/b> in landscape architecture/design.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Previous <\/span><\/span>team leadership or team management experience preferred<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong design, presentation, and client management skills.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Fluent in <\/span><\/span>Arabic and English<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Advanced proficiency in <\/span><\/span>AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, Microsoft Office<\/span><\/span><\/b>, and related rendering/design software.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong knowledge of modelling from architectural plans, sketches, and elevations.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience in visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ability to manage projects independently from concept through execution.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred.<\/span>
