Senior Layout Engineer

• Lead development and optimization of BoP layout concepts and detailed design solutions
• Act as senior integrator for BoP layout interfaces across disciplines, suppliers, and partners
• Own BoP layout standards, ensuring alignment, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
• Prepare and review key layout deliverables, including 3D models and supplier inputs
• Ensure designs meet requirements for safety, compliance, maintainability, and constructability

• Engineering degree with solid experience in plant layout or industrial design
• 5+ years in layout engineering within EPC, Waste-to-X, power, or similar projects
• Strong expertise in BoP systems, interfaces, supplier coordination, and project execution
• Advanced skills in Aveva E3D/Navisworks; familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM is a plus
• Structured, proactive communicator with strong stakeholder management and fluent English (additional languages are an advantage)
