Job Summary
The Senior Lead, Digital Marketing (Omnichannel & Journey Orchestration) is responsible for leading and executing complex, cross-channel digital marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes across both B2B and B2C audiences. This role combines strategic thinking, technical fluency, and strong project leadership to design, optimize, and scale end-to-end customer journeys across email, SMS, web, mobile app, and emerging channels.
This individual will serve as a key connector across marketing, sales, data, and technology teams—ensuring seamless campaign execution, accurate performance reporting, and continuous innovation through the use of advanced marketing platforms and AI-driven capabilities.
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategy and execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns across email, SMS, web, mobile app, and digital platforms
Manage complex, cross-functional projects involving marketing, data, product, and engineering stakeholders
Design and optimize customer journey frameworks, including lifecycle campaigns, nurture programs, and triggered communications
Translate business objectives into technical requirements for marketing automation platforms (e.g., Blueshift, Pardot, Salesforce)
Define and monitor KPIs across B2B and B2C campaigns, ensuring performance is measurable, actionable, and aligned to business goals
Develop and deliver insights through reporting and analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth
Leverage AI and advanced personalization capabilities to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates
Partner with data teams to ensure data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and effective audience targeting
Balance multiple concurrent initiatives across internal and external resources while maintaining timelines and quality
Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance marketing performance
Education and Years of Experience
Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 9-11 years of work experience
Qualifications
Experience in omnichannel marketing strategy and execution
Experience with marketing automation platforms and campaign orchestration
Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments
Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and marketing analytics frameworks
Exposure to AI-driven marketing capabilities and personalization strategies
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office/home office environment.

Pay Rate
$101,000 - $120,000 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
