The Role…

As Senior Lead, Direct & Partner Enablement, you will architect & execute the performance engine behind Dojo’s Direct and Partner revenue growth. You’ll build the frameworks, playbooks and capability required to win bigger deals, grow our direct sales team and activate high-performing partners.
This role is responsible for embedding commercial discipline across pipeline generation, deal execution and partner activation. You’ll ensure our SDRs, AEs, Managers and Partners operate with clear methodology, strong messaging, and consistent standards, turning activity into predictable revenue. This is not just a training role. It’s a strategic growth lever.
What you will do…
  • Define & Deliver Enablement Strategy and Training: Build and execute the enablement roadmap for SDRs, AEs (SMB to Enterprise), and Managers. You will personally lead the training on outbound excellence, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Embed Sales Methodology: Implement structured deal methodologies (e.g., BANT & SPICED) and qualification standards across all channels to ensure high-quality pipeline and forecast accuracy.
  • Build Partner Pathways: Design structured onboarding and accreditation programs for partners. Enable the "win-win" by driving adoption of deal registration and seamless co-sell processes between internal AEs and external partners.
  • Scale Content & Messaging: Develop the "Sellers' Toolkit," including pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, and call scripts. Work with Product Marketing to ensure all GTM messaging and CTAs are consistent and high-impact.
  • Optimise Sales Performance: Partner with RevOps to drive CRM and tool adoption. Use data to track win rates and productivity, running programmatic enablement measured through confidence barometers and skill plans.
  • Empower Sales Leadership: Create specialised enablement for Managers, equipping them with the frameworks needed for elite pipeline inspection and 1:1 performance coaching.
What you will bring…
  • 8+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership or Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting Direct (SDR/AE/MM/Enterprise) and Partner/Channel sales models.
  • Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation and sales process optimisation.
  • Proven ability to embed deal methodology and inspection discipline.
  • Experience building manager enablement programs.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capability.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder influence.
  • Comfortable being hands-on: building content, running sessions, and iterating based on what the data says works.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gong, LMS platforms and modern sales engagement tools preferred.
