<\/span><\/li>- Oversee and\nsupport the analysis of customization/modification requirements based on client\nfeedback or escalations and lead the development of updates and code patches.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency in Java/J2EE,\nSpring, Hibernate, Oracle, WebLogic, JBOSS, jQuery, and Ajax.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong problem\-solving,\nanalytical, and attention\-to\-detail skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of application\narchitecture, system design, and software development methodologies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience with Agile/Scrum\nmethodologies and automation testing tools (preferred).<\/span><\/span>
