Continue Improving Productivity & OEE- Develop automation technology to improve productivity- Develop & implement process improvement strategies
Manage & reduce production cost, Total defect cost (TDC), Overhead cost...
Responsible for consumables & incoming materials (element, loopset) to ensure production lines running smoothly
Problem solving, focus to prevent 0km complaint for both AOI and flow line process
Level up Bosch production system - Follow BPS standard to improve the current level to the lead Plant of BPS
Control quality of incoming elements to reduce AOI reject rate - ensure TDC achives the target
Develop I4.0 for assembly process (both AOI and flow line)- Develop tracibility system
Other tasks assigned by manager
1. Education
- Engineer/Bachelor in Mechanical / Electrical engineering and/or Automation engineering
- Basic knowledge in vision inspection/ automation is a plus
2. Work experience
- At least 3 to 5 years in industrial production environment
