About the Role

Zscaler is looking for a Senior LMS Administrator to join our Training Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our learning management ecosystems, directly managing and optimizing both Skilljar and Cornerstone.

This isn’t just a maintenance role—you will actively own user access, course creation, content management, and complex system integrations, with a heavy emphasis on leveraging your deep Cornerstone implementation experience to build curriculums and events aligned with our rapid business growth.

Beyond core administration, you will serve as a technical anchor for our users—troubleshooting issues within team SLAs, building out robust operations documentation, and handling customer tickets. If you are ready to drive certification growth, streamline processes for new academies, and scale a world-class training platform, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)

  • LMS Administration: Responsible for the comprehensive administration of the LMS, including managing user access, generating compliance reports, and supporting digital learning initiatives.
  • Systems Administration: Oversees the health, security, and configuration of the company's internal servers and technical systems.
  • Handle Customer Tickets: Manages the customer support queue by diagnosing technical issues, providing timely solutions, and escalating complex tickets as needed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acts as a primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Developing and Maintaining Operations Processes: Continuously evaluates operational workflows to develop, document, and maintain efficient, scalable processes.

Who You Are (Success Profile)

  • You are customer-obsessed: You build deep empathy for both internal and external customers. You anchor your decisions in solving their real-world problems and champion their learning success from start to finish.
  • You act like an owner: Your passion for the mission fuels your bias for action. You navigate seamlessly between high-level training strategies and hands-on system execution, operating with deep integrity.
  • You are a problem-solver: You don't shy away from complex integration errors or system glitches. You are energized by finding sustainable solutions to hard problems because you know that’s where the biggest impact lies.
  • You are a high-trust collaborator: You are ambitious for the team, not just yourself. You thrive in a culture of candor, giving and receiving feedback with clarity and respect to build fast trust.
  • You are a continuous learner: You possess a true growth mindset. You actively seek out feedback and love keeping up with the latest in learning experience technology to become a stronger teammate.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience as an LMS Administrator with a heavy, verified focus on Cornerstone, alongside experience configuring a variety of other LMS platforms (such as Skilljar).
  • Demonstrated experience with Cornerstone implementation, including building custom events and curriculums from the ground up.
  • Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and troubleshooting capabilities with an uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to align with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • An autonomous, self-motivated work style—someone who is driven to provide both immediate tactical fixes and long-term strategic solutions.

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Deep, hands-on Cornerstone Administration certification or advanced implementation expertise.
  • LMS coding experience (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or API integration work) to customize and elevate the learner user interface.
